Not the right fit or vibe? dgfuai accepts apparel returns within 30 days of delivery when the item qualifies below.
You’re good if
- Garment must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
- Items must be in original packaging (if provided)
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
- Final sale, clearance, customized, or personalized apparel is not eligible (marked on the product page)
- For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings may be final sale unless defective
Can’t return
- Items marked final sale or clearance
- Garments that show wear, washing, alterations, or missing tags after delivery
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, or earrings (unless defective or our error)
- Returns sent without prior authorization
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or color, email service@dgfuai.cfd within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size or color is unavailable, we will offer a refund or alternative. Refer to the size chart on each product page. Fit may vary by style and fabric; contact us before ordering if you need sizing help.
Start a return
- Email service@dgfuai.cfd with your order number, item name, size, and reason for return.
- We respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item using a trackable service to the return address below (or as confirmed in our reply).

Include your order number on the outside of the package. Keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or incorrect size/color sent).
Getting your money back
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order cancellation
Email service@dgfuai.cfd as soon as possible with your order number to cancel. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before shipment may receive a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please use the return process after delivery.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email service@dgfuai.cfd within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund and provide a prepaid return label where applicable. Do not discard original packaging until the issue is resolved.
